OUR CHÂTEAU
is located in a child-friendly holiday park and is a completely renovated house with 4 bedrooms, located in a quiet part of a well-kept domain. It could be the perfect vacation home for you. In addition to the community pool including tennis court, soccer field, fitness corner and snack bar, it offers a private pool and a balcony that can currently still be used as a bedroom and will soon be converted into a fitness room. Your car or cars are safe under the carport. There could be space for 2 or 4 cars. Otherwise there are still parking spaces a short distance away.
THE LIVING ROOM
the ground floor is generous, making a dining table with 8 chairs as well
There are 2 sofas and 1 armchair. The fireplace can also be activated, but I would only recommend this in the winter months.
A large TV can currently still be found with French and Dutch programs. Here too, international programs are received via satellite at short notice. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace and the garden including the private pool.
The dining room will also be changed shortly, there will be a square table that will seat 8 people.
ON THE GROUND FLOOR
there are two bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows. A bathroom and a separate toilet. If you want to wash while on vacation, there is also a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen with a marble top, you can also expect a wine refrigerator in which you can store your achievements directly
IN THE GARDEN
you have four options to linger.
In the main garden either with a pool and 8 loungers, on the upper ground floor you are spoiled for choice, on the left under the great natural plane trees or on the right next to a huge olive tree. The dining area on the terrace invites you to linger in the evenings. Next to the house there is a seat where you can enjoy the evening sun. If you love the rustle of the Ardèche, you should secure a place in the front yard.
THE DOMAIN
itself offers a community pool 300sqm as well as a separate children's pool 50sqm, tennis court, soccer field, children's playground, gym outside, as well as various little things to eat in the main season. The Ardèche itself is a 1-minute walk away, only a flight of approx. 20 steps separates you. A canoe rental is waiting for you here, so you can start the activities straight away. The Ardèche has a temperature of around 30 degrees in summer, but it is also wonderfully warm in spring and autumn.

Ansonsten befindet sich in der Domaine eine Reception, an der können Sie Fahrräder mieten, Kanufahrten buchen, Klettertouren buchen, Fliegen buchen und vieles mehr.
Auch die Baguettes können am Vortag bestellt werden und am nächsten Morgen frisch abgeholt werden.
Des Weiteren wird wöchentlich der Pizzawagen bestellt, der sehr beliebt ist.
Die Region hat viel zu bieten.
DO YOU WANT TO DO IN THE AREA?
No problem, take your hiking shoes with you and explore the beautiful Ardèche. In addition to the great nature reserve and a number of places to stop for a break, there is also the vineyard. Also worth mentioning is the picturesque town of Ruoms, which lies north of the domaine and was once a monastery. The village is built around the monastery and is well worth a visit as you can buy very good wine there. But the beautiful city of Alés also invites you to make this stay unforgettable.
If you are still not tired, take a real attraction with you, a visit to the Pont d'Arc. Nature created a bridge in the mountains. This great bridge can be crossed on foot.
The place itself, Vallon-Pont-d'Arc is historic and is about 4 km away. There you will find various shops as well as great restaurants. You don't want to go to the restaurant, no problem, 2km to the right of the Domaine you will find a Lidl, 4 km further an Intermáche, on the left about 5 km in the direction of Ruoms a very large and well-stocked SuperU. Shop and cook right in the fully equipped kitchen.
